ZUMA The restaurant at the top of Palazzo Fendi offers gourmet Japanese cuisine, in a refined environment with the right touch of glam. Informal and based on sharing dishes, the menu focuses on specialties cooked on the robata grill, a special charcoal grill, symbol of the international brand. Drinks can be enjoyed at Lorenzo Coppola’s bartender, which can also be enjoyed on the terrace.

IL GIARDINO (HOTEL EDEN) Having lunch with a view on Villa Medici and the rooftops of the city. Especially recommended on Sunday. The panoramic restaurant Il Giardino sets up a rich buffet by the starred chef Fabio Ciervo, with seasonal hot and cold dishes, will not miss the recipes of Campania such as savory puffs and Neapolitan sandwiches, as well as focaccia, croissants fillings and English desserts like pancakes, waffles and muffins.

THE FLAIR On the top floor of the Bernini Bristol hotel, Alessandro Caputo’s dishes can be enjoyed with a breathtaking view of the city as a backdrop. Of Sicilian origins, the young chef proposes creative dishes such as scrambled parmigiana or “Baccalà 6000 atmosfere” and “Sgombro del contadino”. For working lunches, the bistro formula turns instead on a traditional menu.

THE COURT At the cocktail bar at Palazzo Manfredi, the sophisticated mixology of Matteo Zed meets the gourmet creations of chef Giuseppe Di Iorio and the delicious creations of pastry chef Daniele De Santi, which combine with cocktails like “The rising sun”, prepared with Bombay Saphire gin, yuzu juice, honey and matcha green tea. Breathtaking view of the Colosseum.
